Hybrid | Reports to PMM Ship4wd is a tech-led global freight forwarder, redefining how SMBs trade globally through a digital, transparent platform. We’re building a seamless experience that connects sourcing and shipping — and we’re looking for someone to own how we communicate it through high-impact content across the customer journey. We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead content creation and distribution across performance, website, and brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes exceptionally well, understands performance, and can execute fast. What You’ll Do Brand & Messaging Shape and maintain a clear, consistent brand story and messaging across all the user journey touchpoints. Performance & Growth Content Create and optimize content across marketing channels - paid (ads, videos,LPs), organic (SEO pages, blogs), emails works flows, website, and social - supporting acquisition and engagement across the funnel. Product & Sales Content Translate product capabilities into simple, compelling content for users and prospects, and create supporting materials for marketing and sales (one-pagers, decks, email content). Requirements Who You Are ● 2-3 years of experience in content marketing / growth content roles - mus ● Native or high-level English, with excellent writing and communication skills - must ● Strong writing ability with a performance mindset (clarity, conversion, testing) ● Hands-on, independent, and able to execute end-to-end ● Proactive and cross-functional, comfortable working with product, marketing, and sales ● Data-oriented - able to understand what works and iterate based on performance. ● Experience working with AI tools for content creation - advantage
