👉🏽 Develop high-quality videos, graphics and social content tailored to each community.👉🏽 Use trends, performance data and AI-powered workflows to grow engaged, commercially valuable audiences.👉🏽 Maintain & enhance the distinct voice and identity of every channel.

Monetisation and revenue growth

👉🏽 Own revenue growth across your assigned channels, with clear monthly and quarterly targets.👉🏽 Develop and sell sponsorships, brand partnerships, advertising, affiliate campaigns and other commercial opportunities.👉🏽 Build repeatable revenue streams and long-term partnerships—not just one-off deals.

Digital products

• 👉🏽 Identify, create and sell useful digital products, particularly for our Elf on the Shelf community.👉🏽 Manage everything from product development and pricing to promotion and optimisation.👉🏽 Use sales data and audience feedback to improve products and build repeatable seasonal campaigns.
