Description:

In this role as Content Manager, we are looking for someone who takes initiative and makes things happen, in other words, a real doer. If you are good at building relationships, listening to others and inspiring your colleagues, this position is for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Content Manager in the division High Flex, you will create engaging content for Mycronic’s external communication channels, including digital channels such as web, social media, and e-marketing, supporting our business strategy and sales efforts.
As a gifted writer, you will embed in the local organization while maintaining close ties with colleagues worldwide to find the most exciting stories to tell and publish.
You will be a key player in the marketing team in Sweden, joining a team of five and reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Marketing. Collaboration with the Product Management team will be essential as you contribute to creating exceptional and engaging product marketing communication. Additionally, you will assist with internal communication initiatives.

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

You have a relevant university degree, preferably in communications, marketing, and/or journalism, and 3 to 5 years of communications experience, preferably in an international B2B setting.
You must have outstanding and creative writing skills in English (preferably native) and Swedish, with a proven ability to create engaging B2B content for web, social media, and other communication channels. Experience in photography, video editing, and managing global projects with multiple stakeholders is key.
Furthermore, you have experience of working with external suppliers and partners. The role involves supporting events, webinars, and trade fair planning, and a keen interest in new technologies is essential.
Moreover, to quickly get on board, you must be independent and have a problem-solving attitude. You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where change is a natural part of everyday work.

GOOD TO KNOW

This permanent, full-time position is expected to start as soon as possible, depending on the candidate’s notice period. It is currently based at Mycronic AB in Täby, Sweden, but the office will move to Kista in Q4 2025. Occasional travel may be required.

  • Working closely with the division’s sales and marketing teams to support and align communication activities.
  • Research stories and write engaging content for external communication channels including digital channels such as web (Optimizely/ EPIserver), social media, and e-newsletters.
  • Maintain the division’s editorial calendars.
  • Main editor and administrator of the divisional web and e-marketing tools.
  • Main editor for the divisional intranet.
  • Provide the division with writing and communication support and advice for internal communication.
