Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our business objectives and target personas (HR and Finance leaders).
Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media, videos, infographics, and more.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports product launches, campaigns, and customer needs.
Content Distribution and Promotion
Manage distribution across digital channels, including our website, email campaigns, social media, and partner platforms.
Optimize content for SEO and UX to drive traffic and engagement.
SEO and Performance Analytics
Research and implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and linking strategies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) to refine content strategies and improve ROI.
Data Analysis and CRM Integration
Collect and analyze content performance data to uncover trends and insights.
Import and organize relevant data into the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Ensure CRM data integrity and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Win-Loss Analysis
Partner with the sales team to conduct win-loss analyses, identifying content’s impact on customer decision-making.
Use findings to refine messaging and address customer objections or gaps in the buyer’s journey.
Campaign and Brand Development
Create assets to support marketing campaigns and provide tools for the sales team to use in their processes, such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and tailored collateral.
Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all communications to align with AllianceHCM’s brand.
Innovate with new content formats, tools, and strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work cross-functionally with design, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless marketing experience.
Partner with external vendors and freelancers as needed to scale content production.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Proven track record of creating high-quality content that drives measurable results.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience with data analysis and integrating insights into CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with the HR or payroll industry is a plus but not required
