INTRODUCTION:

At Scott Group, we’re more than marketers — we’re Brand Builders.
Every piece of content we produce strengthens the foundation of our brands. Our team brings strategy to life — helping the business stand out, connect with customers, and stay true to who we are.
We play a central role in ensuring our brands are built on a solid strategic foundation. By supporting all areas of the business, we help communicate, activate, and demonstrate our brand value by:
Differentiating us from the competition
Making us relevant to our customers
Remaining authentic and aligned with our team
We’re on the lookout for a Content Marketer who’s passionate about storytelling and excited to help shape and grow our multi-brand portfolio. In this role, you’ll create compelling digital and traditional content, manage content scheduling and community engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and impact. You’ll also apply SEO best practices and performance insights to continuously refine and optimise our content.

DESCRIPTION:

About the Role
As a Content Marketer, you’ll support the Content Lead and wider Marketing Team to deliver creative and strategic content across our multiple brands. You’ll play a key role in communicating our value, growing brand awareness, and enhancing customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for developing and scheduling content for a wide range of platforms including websites, email campaigns, social media, blogs, and product launches — while ensuring it all stays on-brand, relevant, and engaging.
This is a collaborative role where you’ll work with marketing, sales, CX, and design teams, while also managing your own priorities with independence and focus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Create compelling content across websites, socials, emails, blogs, and campaigns that aligns with brand voice and goals.
Support the content calendar by delivering and scheduling timely content across channels.
Collaborate with teams including marketing, sales, design, and CX to bring content to life and ensure messaging is consistent.
Engage audiences by managing community interactions across social platforms.
Optimise content performance using SEO best practices, trend research, and data insights.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Skills & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (internships welcome).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills — able to manage competing priorities.
Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative content solutions.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media, and email platforms.
Understanding of SEO principles and content performance metrics.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
Why Join Us?
Work across a portfolio of exciting and growing brands
Be part of a passionate and supportive marketing team
Opportunity for flexible/hybrid working arrangements
Contribute to creative projects that make a real impact
Build something meaningful, not just market it
What Success Looks Like
