At Banfico, we are building innovative solutions in Open Banking and Verification of Payee. As a profitable, bootstrapped, fast-growing SaaS fintech, trusted by over 200 financial institutions globally, including some of the world’s largest banks. Our footprint spans Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East.
Now, we are looking for a Content Marketing Analyst to support our content initiatives and campaigns. If you enjoy creating impactful content and coordinating with content providers (subject matter experts) within Banfico, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to be part of a high-performing, global team, we would love to connect with you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech sectors.
  • Strong writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of published content.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other channels for B2B content promotion.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Figma, Canva preferred
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and senior management to execute a content marketing plan aligned with our product positioning, growth objectives, and overall business strategy.
  • Create compelling content across various channels - including blog posts, whitepapers, email campaigns, podcasts, case studies, press releases, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate technical fintech features into clear, customer-focused narratives.
  • Work closely with UI/UX design teams to deliver visually aligned and on-brand content assets.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Repurpose and localise content across formats and regions to support SEO, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Track and report content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc., and optimize accordingly.
  • Identify new content opportunities by tracking industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments within the European fintech space.
  • We are not just looking for SEO/SEM experts, but someone who can bring out valuable content to the audience. In this process, we expect you to be learning about the domain, regulation, market & product features in depth.
