Located in Ottawa, IL, we are currently looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Content Marketing Associate, with opportunities for full-time employment.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Content Marketing Associate to support the marketing and communications efforts for Ottawa Dental Laboratory. This role collaborates directly with the Marketing Manager to promote Ottawa Dental Laboratory’s products and services, produce digital and print materials, and increase brand awareness.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic design
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media and email marketing
  • Basic photography and editing skills
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content
  • Effective organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials and campaigns
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team
    Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    Pay: Starts at $24.00/ HR

Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, postcards, and event marketing tools
  • Create original visual and written content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website
  • Maintain social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical team, including clinicians, to align marketing messaging with product features and client needs
  • Support the planning and promotion of Continuing Education events, company meetings, and marketing campaigns
  • Capture and edit photography and video content (company events, products, lab processes, behind-the-scenes, and testimonials)
  • Update and maintain website visuals
  • Organize and distribute email marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to marketing strategy discussions with creative ideas and design insight
  • Compile and report on content performance analytics
