The Content Hub team at TurboTax Canada works to create educational and engaging articles and blog posts to help Canadians understand how taxes and finance impact their lives. The Content Hub team and this position lives on the TurboTax Canada Brand Team, but works with all of marketing to develop and distribute content that brings traffic to our site, and brand awareness, loyalty and trust to TurboTax. QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High detail orientation as it relates to the specifics of long form writing, multimedia content projects and editorial standards.
  • Technical orientation for the ability to effectively use content management tools and systems.
  • Curiosity, problem solving skills and a drive to increase efficiency and overcome challenges. You don’t need to be a financial expert, but you should be open and eager to learn.
  • High degree of initiative and creativity to maintain ongoing content production and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively and quickly when urgent communication is needed.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
  • A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
  • Ability to work from September 2025 - April 2026
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
