This role involves developing monthly content schedules, reviewing keyword performance to refine strategies, managing client requests, and ensuring projects progress smoothly between copywriters, editors, developers, SEO specialists, and account managers. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to balance high-volume production with strategic planning and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain monthly content schedules (including web pages, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials) across 200+ client accounts, aligning topics with campaign priorities, SEO needs, and established content strategies. Collaborate with Content Team Lead, SEO specialists, Account Managers, and Developers to establish content priorities, timelines, and production goals. Manage and prioritize incoming client requests, cancellations, and rush orders, ensuring efficient workflows and timely responses. Coordinate third-party contractor assignments, deadlines, and deliverables, verifying accuracy and invoicing. Track content deliverables and maintain up-to-date project documentation, details for special requests, and reports. Provide editorial support to the content team as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in content coordination, project management, or digital marketing (agency or automotive experience a plus). Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and digital content workflows. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/clients and deadlines simultaneously.
