SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years of experience in copy and content marketing
  • Experience executing and planning email campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and work to deadlines
  • Experience of creating content from scratch - planning, researching and engaging with stakeholders to understand and deliver the brief
  • Experience at producing content for different audience segments and across a range of channels
  • Strong attention to detail and not afraid to ask questions - able to fact-check and proofread own work to ensure it is of a high standard
  • Experienced at working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, and/or the fleet or insurance sectors would be an advantage, but not essential

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Skilled content marketing professional, responsible for delivering the B2B marketing strategy for two key brands: Fleet Scout, an innovative new technology solution for fleet operators, and sopp+sopp, our well-established fleet accident management business.
In this role, you’ll support the launch of the Fleet Scout brand and help maintain and grow the visibility of sopp+sopp. You’ll identify content opportunities across a range of formats, including digital, presentations, video, and events, to support campaigns, brand building, and stakeholder engagement.
With strong copywriting abilities and a good eye for design, you’ll manage the full content development process from idea to delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, targeted, and aligned with our brand objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involved in the definition and delivery of the content strategy in line with brand and marketing direction
  • Contribute to campaign planning and ideation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to gather insights and develop content that reflects customer needs and brand positioning.
  • Maintain and evolve content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistent messaging across all channels
  • Create imaginative content based on a clear understanding of the audience
  • Create copy and content development for websites, blogs, slide decks, emails, social platforms, and publication partner
  • Work independently and in partnership with our Designer to create the visual elements of our collateral (e.g. infographics, slide decks, video, website, email layouts) and ensure they meet our brand guidelines and are relevant to the target audience
  • Support in the delivery of content for our publication partners, sponsored events, and award submissions
  • Liaise with external suppliers of photography, video, exhibition, and promotional material
  • Analyse data to assess the performance of copy and content
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify content opportunities and inform messaging.
