JOB TITLE: CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Marketer to join our award-winning SaaS business. This role is focused on creating engaging and strategic content to drive lead generation across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This is an office-based position working full time within the Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle with free parking available onsite.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Successful candidates for this position will:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, ideally with a B2B focus.
  • Proven ability to produce and edit video content suitable for use across multiple social platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating visual assets (images, infographics etc )for both display and content marketing purposes
  • Strong writing and storytelling capability to produce blog posts and social content
  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics and KPIs to refine and improve content strategies.

Our ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience working at or with a digital marketing agency.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of multichannel lead generation campaigns.
  • Ability to create and analyze performance marketing reports to inform future content strategies.
  • A working knowledge of Hubspot
Responsibilities

This is a newly created role working closely with senior leadership to focus on building the Shoptimised brand and improving our lead generation. Your main duties will include:

  • Create compelling short- and long-form videos tailored for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to support lead generation initiatives.
  • Design visual content such as images for display advertising and infographics showcasing business results.
  • Write and publish engaging industry-related blog posts and quarterly sector reports that are aligned with our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content efforts with key business KPIs and campaign goals.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and optimized for SEO across channels.
