About the Role We’re looking for an execution-focused Content Marketing Executive - YouTube to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help scale Ditto’s YouTube presence. Ditto runs 5 YouTube channels, with the main channel having 50K+ subscribers and an average viewership of 10–15K. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing all content that goes live on our YouTube channels. If you enjoy building YouTube content, managing workflows, coordinating across teams, and have a knack for shooting videos, this role is a great fit. Key Responsibilities 1. YouTube Operations & Scaling Own day-to-day YouTube channel operations. Focus on task excellency and execution accuracy. Scale the channel through systems, workflows, and improved output cadence. 2. Content Management & Coordination Manage and coordinate all content published on the channel. Work closely with writers, editors, production managers, and other stakeholders. Handle cross-functional dependencies and reduce turnaround time. 3. Video Production & Execution Work with production managers to help script, shoot, and edit videos. Coordinate video editing and production management. Support end-to-end video creation from idea to upload. 4. Product Research & Insurance Content Work with the product and advisory teams to understand insurance policies. Learn the nitty-gritty of the insurance world and present it in a simple, viewer-friendly manner. 5. Creative & Internal Content Create video content for internal use such as hiring campaigns and townhall meetings. Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to fulfil video requirements. 6. Planning, Scheduling & Performance Tracking Monitor video schedules and ensure timely execution. Track YouTube analytics and video performance. Use performance insights to improve formats, output, and execution. Qualifications Must-Have 1–2 years of experience in YouTube operations, content operations, or similar roles. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proven execution mindset with ownership over outcomes. Experience managing cross-functional dependencies. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfort working with YouTube analytics and performance tracking. Good to Have Prior experience scaling YouTube channels through systems and operations. Experience with video scriptwriting (finance/insurance is a plus). Exposure to video production or editing coordination. Multilingual abilities.
