THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Content Lead who can own all things content - from strategy to execution. You’ll be our go-to source for telling compelling stories, launching scalable content programs, and building a brand voice that cuts through the noise. You’ll also be a key player in how we bring AI into our content workflows in smart, on-brand ways. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with lots of runway and autonomy. You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team (demand gen, design, product marketing, etc), product, sales, customer success, partners, and leadership to turn ideas into content that drives results.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own the content strategy. Help define our content priorities across channels and buyer stages, then bring them to life.
  • Create high-quality content. Think blogs, guides, checklists, infographics, case studies, press releases, web copy, email and more.
  • Work smarter with AI. Use AI tools to scale content creation efficiently without losing the magic of our brand voice.
  • Build the Orchestry voice. Be authentic and showcase our expertise. Build trust and provide value. Sound like a real human everywhere we show up.
  • Collaborate relentlessly. Work across the business and with customers and partners. Learn what we do, how we do it, and why it matters.
  • Two steps forward, one step back. Innovate, test, fail, optimize, scale. The world of content is changing everyday and we know we’ll mess up a few times in the process.
  • Get scrappy. Repurpose, remix, and repackage content to do more with less. Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Have 5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, ideally to IT buyers
  • Know your way around the entire content lifecycle - from strategy to writing to distribution
  • Have experience using AI tools for content creation (and know when not to use them)
  • Understand how content fuels demand gen, SEO, sales, renewals/upsell, and overall brand
  • Are a curious, collaborative teammate who likes to move fast and make things happen
  • Are just as comfortable brainstorming big-picture strategy as you are drafting headlines or editing a blog
  • Can take a conversation with a technical SME and translate it into an engaging top-of-funnel asset
