Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a content marketing manager, you will be in charge of all content ideation and creation in line with our company strategy. You will be actively researching industry changes, and work to understand how those can affect the market and our clients. Collaborating closely with different teams (Sales, R&D, and Client Success), you will translate their insights into easy to digest content that highlights how our proprietary technology can help our existing and potential clients solve common and more niche problems affecting modern ecommerce.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Lead the development of engaging content, in-depth industry reports, and compelling case studies from concept to publication.
  • Website Management & Development: Take ownership of our website’s performance and user experience. You’ll create and update webpages, optimising website navigation, user engagement, and generation of new contacts, ensuring optimal design on both desktop and mobile.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, selecting relevant content and crafting persuasive copy. You’ll manage both UK and US variations and analyse performance to continually optimise results.
  • SEO & Digital Optimisation: Manage and support our SEO agency to implement strategic content plans and technical optimisations.
  • Organic Social Media Promotion: Promote created content across social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn).
  • Technical Website Maintenance: Conduct ongoing technical maintenance of our website, including front-end code edits within HubSpot’s Design Manager, troubleshooting formatting issues, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. Develop and implement HubSpot automations (forms, CTAs, notifications) to streamline lead capture, sales team notification and audience nurturing.
