Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with Deliverect’s overall business objectives and marketing goals, focusing on audience research, persona definition, and identifying key content themes and topics. (Approx. 25% of time)
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, brief development, writing, editing, and optimization across various formats such as blog posts, website copy, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, webinars, video scripts, and infographics. (Approx. 40% of time)
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and distribution across Deliverect’s owned, earned, and paid channels (website, blog, social media, email newsletters, partner channels). (Approx. 15% of time)
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. (Approx. 10% of time)
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, internal subject matter experts, designers, and external agencies/freelancers to produce engaging, on-brand content, ensuring all content adheres to Deliverect’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging. (Approx. 10% of time)
  • Propose, drive, and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing content quality, improving customer experience, and exploring innovative content formats or distribution channels, contributing to Deliverect’s position as an industry leader.
