Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Eleanor Health is seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our member acquisition team and support our partnerships and growth teams. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that attracts, engages, and educates our target audiences, including prospective and current patients, referral partners, and payors. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a robust portfolio of high-quality, impactful content across various digital channels: short-form and long-form video, graphic, written, and beyond.
This role will involve managing the full content lifecycle, from ideation to production and distribution with ongoing performance analysis to inform future initiatives. You will be a key player in shaping our brand’s voice and presence, ensuring that all content and marketing materials speak to key stakeholders and align with our mission, vision, and values.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Content Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a data-driven content marketing strategy that supports Eleanor Health’s goals, including patient acquisition, partner engagement, industry thought leadership, and beyond.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation, execution, and evolution of a wide range of content, including long-form and short-form video, blog articles, website and landing page copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
  • Editorial Leadership: Maintain a content calendar and manage the content production workflow, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency across both internal and external channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (ex. Reach, engagement rates, SEO benefit, conversions) to optimize content strategies and deliver against organizational goals.
  • Earned Media Placement: Oversee the earned media strategy, leveraging the best technology and optimal vendor mix to achieve Eleanor Health’s earned media, media relations, and public relations goals.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and healthcare communications.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including medical, clinical, operations, human resources, and so on to translate business goals and clinical expertise into compelling content.
