WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You’ve got 6+ years of experience creating content for B2B or niche audiences, with a strong portfolio to prove it.
  • You see how content fits into the bigger marketing puzzle and are always looking for ways to boost engagement.
  • Your writing is sharp, clear, and on point. You’re skilled at working within a voice and style guide to keep our content consistent and on-brand.
  • You’re interested in the numbers, too—using data to see what’s working and tweaking your approach to make things even better.
  • You’re a pro at managing multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch content on time, every time.
  • You have an opinion, and you’re not shy about sharing it. Your voice will help shape our content and connect with our audience.
  • You’re comfortable speaking with senior leaders—whether it’s internally or externally, you know how to hold your own and communicate effectively.
  • You keep a close eye on current events and news stories that impact our industry, and you know how to spot opportunities to create timely, relevant content that resonates with our audience.
  • You enjoy working autonomously—bringing fresh ideas forward and managing up, rather than waiting for direction.
  • You understand the role of AI in content creation today, using it as a tool for research, brainstorming, or efficiency, but never relying on it for final pieces.
  • You have a keen eye for the little things, making sure everything you produce is polished, professional, and error-free.

  • Partner with the Event Marketing Manager to create content for both virtual and in-person events. This includes writing event descriptions, landing page copy, marketing emails and sequences, creative and copy for on-site assets, and post-event communications.
  • Write and distribute Irwin’s monthly editorial newsletter, inside IR, sharing valuable content in an engaging format.
  • Manage and engage with the Irwin Community forum, ensuring it remains an active, valuable resource for our clients.
  • Track industry trends and current conversations to produce timely news articles and content that’s educational and easy to digest.
