Your Day on A Page
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager to support our dynamic Marketing and Corporate Affairs team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is currently based in Keyton’s Melbourne office with our Sydney office also an option.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Keyton’s national content strategy to support the growth of our retirement living business across Australia.
This role requires a strategic mindset, creative flair and a proactive approach to innovation - seeking new ways to elevate content execution and drive best-in-class outcomes. The role is a people leader role which has one direct report and a focus on coaching, capability building and fostering a culture of excellence and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a national content strategy that brings Keyton’s brand to life and connects meaningfully with our audiences
  • Create and manage content that supports our major campaigns ensuring it’s consistent, impactful, and aligned with our goals.
  • Develop fresh, engaging content across our digital channels always looking for new ways to inspire and connect.
  • Work closely with our agency partners to deliver smart, data-informed content strategies that perform.
  • Support thought leadership efforts with content that builds Keyton’s reputation and influence in the industry.
  • Monitor how our content performs and share insights that help us grow and refine our approach.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience crafting and delivering content strategies that support national campaigns and drive measurable results
  • A strong storytelling ability across written, visual and multimedia formats, with a focus on engaging customers and elevating the brand
  • Excellent editing, communication and presentation skills, you know how to inspire and influence stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing and branding, and how they help grow audiences and boost performance
  • The ability to turn customer insights and market trends into meaningful, optimised content
  • Great collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and with agency partners
  • Familiarity with content tools like Digital Asset Management systems (experience with Bynder is a plus!) and CMS platforms
  • A sharp eye for detail, strong time management, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
  • Comfort with campaign metrics and content optimisation techniques to drive ROI
  • Experience creating video or podcast content to help expand our reach and formats
