THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead and scale Sampl’s content marketing efforts. This hands-on role involves shaping our content strategy, producing multi-format content (e.g., blogs, videos, whitepapers), and optimising for SEO and demand generation.
You’ll work closely with our growth marketing manager and collaborate across sales, customer success, and product marketing teams to ensure our content drives impact, builds awareness, and generates demand.
This is the perfect role for a versatile, hands-on content marketer who loves experimenting with formats, testing new distribution strategies, and producing content that truly delivers

NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE

  • Background in early-stage startups, building a content function from scratch
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Experience hosting webinars or creating video content series
  • Background in journalism, copywriting, or media production
Responsibilities

Content strategy & execution

  • Shape and own our content strategy—aligning it with business goals and brand positioning
  • Produce a mix of content formats (blogs, case studies, videos, webinars) and test new ways to engage our audience
  • Repurpose and distribute content so it reaches the right people in the right way

SEO, demand generation & distribution

  • Work with our growth marketing manager to turn content into a lead-generation machine
  • Optimise content for organic search, lead capture, and conversion
  • Develop distribution strategies across email, social, paid, and beyond

Content operations & performance

  • Own the content calendar, workflows, and production process
  • Track, measure, and refine performance to double down on what works
  • Work with freelancers, agencies, and creators to scale up content production

Collaboration & storytelling

  • Partner with sales and customer success to turn customer wins into compelling stories
  • Collaborate with product marketing to nail messaging that brings Sampl’s value to life
  • Support PR and brand-building efforts to position Sampl as the category leader
