Following our success in Europe, we’re excited to announce our expansion into the US! As part of our founding US team, you’ll play a key role in making the digital world safer with SoSafe’s cybersecurity solutions.
As a Content Marketing Manager at SoSafe, you will develop and execute engaging full-funnel content that elevates our brand, engages target audiences, and supports our business goals. The content you develop will focus on how businesses can reduce risk and build a stronger cybersecurity culture with SoSafe’s security awareness training.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to strategize and manage content that inspires, informs and converts with a focus on capturing and nurturing leads to support customer acquisition. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, brand, field, and digital teams.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years content marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS/Tech
  • Creative, strategic and highly-organized with proven experience in handling multi-channel content marketing assets and campaigns across multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English (speaking/writing). Another European language is a big plus!
  • Strong, detail-oriented writing skills with attention to spelling and grammar
  • An ability to move quickly, yet remain focused and prioritize ruthlessly
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software while being able to to synthesize multiple streams of data
  • You’re excited about working in cybersecurity and behavioral science

Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Define content goals, messaging frameworks, and editorial direction to align with business objectives and target audiences
  • Content Creation: Plan and produce engaging content and content-led campaigns that resonate with cybersecurity professional decision-makers and end users in the format of: blog posts, customer stories, web pages, white papers, e-books, reports, video scripts, slide decks, reports, social posts, webinars, etc.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of content distribution and tailoring across key digital channels such as website/SEO, email, organic and paid social, etc.
  • Ownership: Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end content projects including: ideation, strategy, production (writing as needed), distribution, and performance analysis
  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure quality across all deliverables. Management of internal and external partners such as cybersecurity freelance writers, agencies and other vendors, including budget and invoices handling
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective communicator with a collaborative approach, working across internal teams and external partners
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using key performance metrics to guide content strategies and optimize results
  • Reporting: Monitor content KPIs to provide team updates: performance, insights, and lessons learned. Use learnings to inform on future content marketing strategies
  • Research: Mine and gather cybersecurity ideas and trends from internal subject matter experts to cybersecurity landscape though leaders for future content ideas
  • Innovation: Look into emerging content marketing and tech (AI) opportunities, trends, best practices, conduct competitive analysis and ongoing content audits, etc.
