Job Description
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and driving omnichannel content strategies that captivate, engage, and nurture audiences at every stage of the customer journey. This role encompasses the creation and curation of content across digital platforms, including social media, website, blogs, (video) testimonials and video (Youtube), while also stewarding the development of impactful advertising, collateral, whitepapers, case studies, and press releases. With a keen eye on brand consistency and audience relevance, keeping the brand’s voice dynamic and resonant across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that addresses our target audiences’ needs at all stages of the buyer journey and supports business objectives.
  • Ensure that all content is scheduled and published in a timely manner across various channels, in line with the content calendar aligning with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Oversee the production of diverse content types including campaign assets, social media, website, advertising, collateral, press releases, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, and video etc., ensuring they meet the brand’s standards.
  • Create global content for local use, ensuring it can be adapted to meet regional markets’ specific needs and preferences.
  • Guarantee that all content is of high quality, consistent in tone and style, and aligned with the brand’s voice and message.
  • Work closely with product marketing, sales, technical team members to create synergistic content that supports company goals.
  • Oversee the work of external agencies, freelancers, and contractors, ensuring their work meets the company’s standards and deadlines.
  • Analyse content performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support to allocate the content marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a high return on investment, especially in video content creation.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in content marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure that all content is optimised for search engines to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
