Job Description
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that attract, engage, and retain customers and prospects throughout the customer journeys by creating and sharing diverse content types including advertising, collateral, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, and video etc.

As the Content Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that addresses our target audiences’ needs at all stages of the buyer journey and supports business objectives.
  • Ensuring timely scheduling and publication of content across various channels, aligned with the content calendar and overall marketing strategy.
  • Overseeing the production of diverse content types, including advertising, collateral, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Creating global content adaptable for local use, meeting regional markets’ specific needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to create synergistic content supporting company goals.
  • Overseeing external content creators, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring adherence to standards and deadlines.
  • Analyzing content performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing in managing and allocating the content marketing budget efficiently.
  • Staying updated with the latest content marketing trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Optimizing content for search engines to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE:

  • 7-10 years of proven digital marketing and growth marketing experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Strong portfolio of successful growth campaigns.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong leadership skills for team development.

EDUCATION AND INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of food automation industry and market trends.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND RESULTS ORIENTATION:

  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Results-oriented focus on achieving KPIs.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Global marketing organization experience.
  • Demonstrated self-learning and development.
  • Interest in and utilization of new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a customer service mindset.
  • Strong project management skills.
