MONDAY Haircare is looking for an enthusiastic, talented and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our Sydney team! If you’re passionate about beauty and everything social media, then this role is for you!

Responsibilities
  • You will ideate, develop and execute content strategy for MONDAY Haircare. This means ideating brand campaigns in alignment with the brand marketing team objectives
  • Working with creative team to visually concept campaigns, agree on creative direction and manage creative delivery
  • Review creative team edits, provide feedback and liaise with relevant Marketing Manager & brand lead for campaign approval
  • Work with Marketing Managers to support with localisation requests and adaptations
  • Work with Digital Team to understand content & campaign performance, adapt assets for improved media results and apply principles of continuous improvement to inform content/deliverable decisions moving forward
  • Manage MONDAY Haircare Brand Owned Channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, EDM, Website by driving growth and engagement with creative, best-in-class organic content
  • Executing regular reporting and content analysis, reporting back to the marketing team on learnings & opportunities for improvement
  • Remaining at the forefront of emerging trends and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the brand marketing team on all content strategy objectives & execution to ensure they support wider marketing objectives and goals
  • Leadership, mentorship and growth of the MONDAY Content team, including establishing processes that empower team members to work efficiently, focus on continuous improvement and be a valuable resource to the wider MONDAY team
  • Workflow management of the team in accordance with wider business priorities
  • Set creative benchmarking and standard of excellence expected for MONDAY Haircare content by frequently conducting competitive content and platform reviews to ensure ZURU stay on the pulse of creative excellence
