Celayix helps mid to large organizations manage complex, dynamic shift scheduling at scale, especially in industries like security, hospitality, and live events where coverage, compliance, and last-minute changes are critical. Our solutions are powerful. But our story isn’t being told the way it deserves to be.
We’re looking for a B2B content marketer who knows how to write like people think and can turn customer insights into clear, useful, conversion-worthy content.

Responsibilities

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU…

  • Know how to write for enterprise buying teams without sounding like a robot.
  • Want to create content that actually gets used by Sales and consumed by buyers.
  • Can turn self-promotion into thought leadership that gets shared.
  • Can take a rough product spec or sales call transcript and turn it into a landing page, a case study, or an email sequence without waiting for permission.
  • Want your work to matter, not just get published and forgotten.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Write content that helps people evaluate, trust, and choose Celayix (landing pages, customer stories, campaign emails, product summaries, light blog content).
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to make sure messaging is clear and clever, as long as it’s relevant and meaningful.
  • Turn technical features into value statements that resonate in security, hospitality, and other ops-heavy industries.
  • Help us stop sounding like we sell software and start sounding like we solve real-world problems
  • Collaborate with our GTM team to bring content to life.
