OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist with strong experience in both traditional television production and digital content marketing. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in developing video strategies, managing production workflows, and adapting creative content for diverse cultural audiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and cross-cultural communication, with a focus on delivering bilingual (English/Mandarin) campaigns across broadcast and online platforms.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research tools, and analytics software such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic website editing is preferred.
  • Experience using WordPress for content management is required.
  • Demonstrated ability in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of combined experience in broadcast television and digital content marketing.
  • Proven success in projects for East Asian broadcast/digital media, including adaptation for Canadian or Western markets.
  • Strong skills in scriptwriting, storytelling, and production workflows.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, EDIUS, or equivalent production tools.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and creative storytelling abilities.
  • A portfolio or showreel showcasing international production experience

    Pay: $27.00-$36.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
