We are expanding our Marketing team and are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who will report directly to our Lead Generation Manager. We are an international company with a global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, Munich and Berlin. Job Description What will your day-to-day work be like? Define and execute content planning for the B2B clinic segment, covering topics such as clinic management, patient acquisition, online visibility, reputation, operational efficiency, and digital tools for clinics. Create, adapt, and repurpose content across multiple formats, including blog articles, ebooks, webinars, email marketing, landing pages, and paid ads. Collaborate on the optimization of email workflows to improve open rates and click-through rates. Provide creative support to the paid media team, contributing with campaign ideas, copywriting, and support in video recording when needed. Support the local strategist in planning and executing content distribution across relevant channels. Translate, localize, and adapt content from English, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone. Monitor and analyze the performance of content and marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize impact and conversions. Lead content projects end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, sales, and paid media. Qualifications What we expect from you: Requirements Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing content creation with a documented track record of driving engagement and sales. Content & Channel Mastery: Proven success in creating diverse content formats (texts, infographics, reports, eBooks, webinars) and managing various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and paid campaigns. Technical & AI Proficiency: Expert use of HubSpot (or similar tools) and the ability to leverage AI tools to scale production, test new formats, and optimize tone and engagement. Strong Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and maintain strong internal relationships beyond a single department. Language Skills: English proficiency at a minimum B1 level to ensure smooth international collaboration. Analytical Mindset: Critical thinking skills with an open, analytical approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management: Lead content projects from ideation to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution. Funnel Optimization: Adjust messaging and strategy according to different stages of the marketing funnel to maximize conversion. Global Execution: Coordinate multi-market localization and execution, ensuring content is adapted correctly for different regions. Healthcare Focus: Create and adapt specialized content tailored specifically for healthcare professionals. Data-Driven Growth: Use a data-driven approach to measure communication effectiveness, monitoring ROI and performance metrics. Deadline Management: Deliver high-quality results consistently while meeting strict deadlines without compromising excellence. Versatile in content creation: you are able to adapt an idea into different formats, such as texts, infographics, reports, eBooks, and webinars, with a focus on content for healthcare professionals.
