Description

This is a hands-on content creation role focused on producing engaging marketing materials, including LinkedIn posts (written and video), blog content, email campaigns, digital creatives such as lead magnets (including eBooks, cheat sheets, score cards etc), and ad creatives for Meta and LinkedIn.

To execute high-quality content marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions, you’ll need to be prepared to build strong working relationships with our senior team and graphic designer.
We’re looking for a candidate who has ambition, is passionate about digital marketing and who is excited to join us on our growth journey. You’ll need to be prepared to contribute ideas, show resourcefulness, and have the drive and resilience to succeed.
Initially the role will be remote, but there will be a requirement for hybrid working, so you will need to be based within a commutable distance of Worcestershire.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven and demonstrable experience in content marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong writing skills, particularly for LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and marketing emails.
  • Basic to mid-level graphic design ability (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar).
  • Experience of creating marketing assets such as Lead Magnets, PDFs, presentations.
  • Experience in the production of workshop or webinar presentation materials.
  • Basic video editing using tools such as Capcut, Canva etc.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy for Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B content best practices.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple content projects at once.
  • Comfortable working with a mix of provided briefs and self-directed creativity.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience working within a Marketing Agency environment supporting SME B2B clients.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like MailerLite, Instantly, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimisation for blog content.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools (Chat GPT) and how to refine AI-generated copy.
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Write and develop engaging LinkedIn posts (written and video), long-form blog articles, email templates, and marketing collateral.
  • Lead Magnet & PDF Design: Create visually appealing PDFs, presentations, and guides using Canva, or similar tools.
  • Social & Ad Creatives: Develop content and mid-level creatives for Meta and LinkedIn Ads (e.g., carousel images, ad copy, static and animated graphics).
  • Email Marketing Content: Write and structure effective email sequences and newsletters.
  • Repurposing Content: Transform blog posts into LinkedIn posts, email sequences into PDFs, and other content into multiple formats.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely within our small team to ensure content flows effectively across all marketing channels.
