Position: Content Moderator Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written (C2 level).
