In this position, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate online content in Polish, Czech, or Slovak, as well as English, to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the necessary teams. Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes. Remain up-to-date on company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction. Fluency in Polish, Czech, or Slovak (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required. Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the capacity to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
