Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dynamic Content Moderator fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! This position includes relocation to the vibrant city of Sofia, providing individuals with a unique opportunity to engage in a multicultural work environment while making a positive impact online. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community standards and policies, helping to cultivate a safe online platform for our users. Key Responsibilities Moderate and assess user-generated content in Dutch/Flemish and English to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams. Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to enhance moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes continuously. Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
