Description
The Content Operations admin will run cross-functional efforts to organize, optimize, and maintain Global-e’s internal and external content frameworks. This person will play a key role in ensuring that content systems (such as Jira, Confluence, and other workflow tools) are well-structured, up to date, and enable smooth collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is super communicative, highly organized, and proactive, with the ability to connect dots across departments, push for alignment, and keep programs moving forward Key Responsibilities: Update, manage, and monitor content and status of programs across teams (Legal, Product, Compliance, Marketing, Operations). Updating in Jira — ensure tickets, projects, and boards are organized, up to date, and consistent across teams and projects[NA3] . Create and maintain templates, dashboards, and workflows to improve visibility and reduce noise. Work closely with multiple focal points (Legal, Product, Compliance, Marketing) to align priorities and ensure related content is up to date alignment[NA4] Facilitate regular syncs, resolve blockers, and drive accountability across teams. Assist with managing content throughout its lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and publishing Ensure governance and version control, especially for legal and compliance materials. Promote visibility and collaboration across global teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years in program or project management within a large or global organization. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, CMS systems or similar tools — including board management, dashboards, and workflows. Proven experience managing cross-team initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of content management systems, operations workflows, or compliance documentation is a plus.
