Summary of Position: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and mission-aligned Content Operations & Community Manager to help bring our growing community ecosystem to life. This tactical role supports the planning, production, and delivery of educational and ministry resources on our digital platform, Lantern. From scheduling new content to coordinating contractors and supporting instructors, you’ll be a core part of the engine that keeps our content projects on track, on budget, and aligned with our mission to equip ministry leaders across personal, professional, and spiritual dimensions. This role involves coordination with projects across all 21CC initiatives.
