We’re looking for a Content Operations Manager to scale and optimize the way we produce and distribute content. You’ll own our AI-powered workflows for articles, videos, and community-driven content and make sure outputs are consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time. You’ll be the bridge between tech (AI tools, automation, Airtable) and people (our content team, contributors, and editors), ensuring our growing content engine runs smoothly.

• Running and improving our AI content workflows (text + video) to produce high-quality content at scale.
• Designing processes that balance automation with human review for clarity, accuracy, and brand tone.
• Coordinating tasks across writers, editors, and freelancers and ensure deadlines are met.
• Experimenting with new AU and workflow tools, testing them hands-on, and rolling out the best ones.
• Reviewing and refining content outputs for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Partnering with our Senior Operations Manager to align on content production with strategic goals.
• Documenting workflows and building playbooks so processes can scale.
• Identifying bottlenecks early and fixing them before they become blockers.
