A Modifly Content Producer – Organic Social is a dynamic and resourceful creator with a passion for social-first content. You’ll play a vital role by crafting impactful static and motion creative, writing engaging captions, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring social strategies to life. This freelance/contract position is ideal for a flexible and skilled producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can scale their availability to meet evolving project needs.
As a vital member of our social creative team, this position entails the following key responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS



    • 3+ years of experience producing content for organic social media

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
    • Experience with short-form video editing and motion graphics
    • Strong copywriting skills for platform-specific content
    • Deep understanding of social media content strategy and platform best practices
    • Ability to work quickly, creatively, and collaboratively
    • Based in CST or EST time zone preferred

    Responsibilities


      • Create compelling static and motion graphics optimized for organic social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

      • Develop copy and captions that align with brand voice and social strategy
      • Support visual storytelling with an eye for relevance, design, and cultural trends
      • Work in sprint-style bursts to quickly execute high-quality work
      • Adapt to evolving feedback, timelines, and client preferences
      • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure creative aligns with strategic goals
      • Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across major social platforms
      • Produce assets that meet each platform’s specs and audience expectations
      • Communicate availability, timelines, and production needs with clarity and speed
      • Manage workload with the flexibility to scale from ~20 to 40 hours per week as needed
      • Collaborate asynchronously and meet deadlines independently
