EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a similar communications, publishing, marketing or digital role.
  • Background in Healthcare, financial or professional services industry is preferred.
  • Experience in content strategy development.
  • Excellent editorial and production management.
  • Writing skills for short form digital and marketing materials.
  • Project management and strong stakeholder management.
  • Visual design.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Agile working methodology experience would be ideal.
  • Use of AI technologies in content development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Group Marketing Team, the core purpose of the role to provide communications expertise for our Customer and Strategy division. This involves communications strategy, planning and execution.
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the role will focus on creating, managing and coordinating content development for various platforms and channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and oversee the creation of content, including video, graphics, and written material with a strong creative eye to help shape and guide compelling content.
  • Writing, editing and designing content.
  • Marketing automation journey development.
  • Project management of content development projects.
  • Collaboration with content creators and other teams.
  • Support the marketing team in the development of content for key programs across a variety of channels.
