Overview:
Are you a creative and ambitious content producer looking to work with an established brand, on market leading events. If so, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a producer to join our growing team, to work on our Marcomms, Charity, and PR portfolio and build on the success of our events.
Haymarket is a successful international specialist media company with over 60 market-leading brands. The Events team is responsible for delivering over 70 annual B2B events ranging from awards ceremonies, forums, conferences and networking events.
You will conduct content research through collaboration with our editorial and commercial teams, network with key stakeholders to develop strategic programs, and secure high-level speakers to inform and inspire our audiences. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Content and will be responsible for a series of allocated events as well as team collaboration on larger scale events.
This role would suit a conference/content producer with a minimum of 12 months experience; a proven track record of delivering full content programmes for commercial events is a must.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Using excellent research skills to write differentiated, competitive agenda that bring value to our audiences
  • Securing and managing high level speakers
  • Building relationships with key industry stakeholders with our editorial and commercial teams
  • Working collaboratively within an events team as a content lead, within set processes and timelines
  • Working with Head of Content to drive innovation and implement new event ideas
  • Assisting marketing to identify opportunities to promote our events
  • Reporting on content progress and metrics to team and Head of Content
  • Onsite management and attendance of events
  • Ability to work within our Sustainable Event Management system and being an advocate for sustainability at events.
    Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:

This role would suit a conference/content producer with
