JOB OVERVIEW:

Premier Marine is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Media Specialist to lead our internal media initiatives. This individual will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing content across multiple platforms—including YouTube, print and digital advertising, training materials, and our company website. The ideal candidate is a diver with a camera—someone who thrives both underwater and at the editing desk.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dive certification required (comfortable filming in-water)
• Experience with underwater videography and photography strongly preferred
• Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Familiar with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Drone experience a plus (owning a drone is a major plus)
• Possess own filming/editing equipment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-driven and passionate about creative work in a marine environment

• Film and photograph marine operations, including underwater diving work
• Develop instructional, promotional, and educational media content
• Edit and produce engaging videos for YouTube, social media, internal training, and client presentations
• Design print and digital marketing materials
• Maintain and update the company website
• Collaborate with leadership to develop content strategy aligned with business goals
• Ensure all media reflects Premier Marine’s professionalism and attention to detail
