We are looking for a dedicated and personable Content and Marketing specialist, who also enjoys creative writing and can support our online store needs for developing brand and product content, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new product listing, writing content for the website, blog and Social Media, as well as other duties as assigned. A passion for healthy living and a knack for creative writing is a plus!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to focus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships within a small team.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PLUS TO YOUR RESUME)

• Experience in content writing is a big plus. Creative writing would be a big asset.
• Basic knowledge in nutrition and/or passion for healthy foods and lifestyle.
• French language is a huge advantage.
• Adobe, Photoshop, Canva and other relevant programs

Data Entry:

• Process new product listings and upload into the system / store backend
• Update existing product listings / pages, correct outdated information such as product name, weight, ingredient list, nutrition table, etc.
• Create or update files with nutritional information. Adobe & Canva skills would be an asset

Content Writing:

• Assist in creating engaging content for our website, blog, social media, etc.
• Contribute to the development of product/brand descriptions, blog articles
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and messaging
• Stay updated on our product offerings and health food trends. Educate customers about our products and their benefits
