Step.co is an emerging, AI powered movement platform bringing real coaches, smarter tools, and a personalized experience. Our app offers, live and on-demand fitness, dance, martial arts, and more designed to help people find joy in movement, build skills, and stay motivated.
We’re growing our content library and are looking for a Content Production Director who can elevate the way our coaches and classes come to life on screen. This role is perfect for someone who understands both creative direction and production workflow, and who is passionate about helping coaches deliver their best performance to a global audience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fitness Content Production Director will oversee the planning, filming, and polishing of Step.co’s class content. You’ll guide coaches to shine on camera, ensure each class looks and feels consistent with our brand, and work hands-on with production and editing to create professional, engaging, and motivating videos.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in film, media, or digital content production (fitness or instructional content a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, camera work, lighting, and audio production.
• Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong communication skills, able to coach on-camera talent effectively.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
