The position supports digital editorial planning, content production and fair‑related operations by owning assigned workstreams and contributing to content development, research and interviews, while collaborating across teams to enhance delivery quality and operational effectiveness. Major Responsibilities: * Plan, develop, edit and review fair‑related and sponsored content for offline and online publishing in compliance with editorial standards, house style, advertising guidelines and platform listing policies; * Conduct interviews, background research and information verification to support high‑quality content development and participate in special teams or projects as required; * Attend events, briefings and related activities to capture insights and produce post‑event reports; * Assist in overseeing and coordinating content and production workflows by monitoring schedules, progress and dependencies to ensure timely and quality deliverables; * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to support the smooth execution of content and production initiatives; * Anticipate operational issues and risks and support timely and effective issue resolution; * Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency and contribute to ongoing operational improvement and transformation; * Assist in preparing reports, summaries and documentation, and maintain records of approvals, key decisions and operational procedures to support project planning, decision‑making, content assurance and continuity; * Perform other duties as assigned.   Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing and Communications, or a related discipline; * A minimum of five years’ solid and relevant experience in content production and support for trade fair or event‑related operations; * Excellent written proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills; * Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and time‑management skills; * A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a deadline‑driven environment; * Hands‑on experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO practices and AI‑enabled tools to support content operations and workflow efficiency; * Knowledge of, or interest in, the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong economy, trade and business sectors, and related market developments would be an advantage.   Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
