Description

Our Tech client is looking for a Content Program Coordinator for a remote, 40hr/wk, for 1 year. In this contract position, you will play a critical role in supporting sales initiatives, streamlining processes, and ensuring the successful execution of various projects. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and drive innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage sales programs, ensuring all deliverables are met within established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance project outcomes.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Support the development and execution of ad campaigns, leveraging tools like Asana and Pinterest to maintain alignment.
  • Maintain and update content management systems (CMS) to ensure accurate and timely information distribution.
  • Monitor logistics and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on sales initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and program success
  • Assist sales teams by providing organizational and administrative support to achieve key objectives.
    5 years of relevant experience in fast-paced or fast-growing organizations; experience in technology or ad sales is a plus
    A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude, capable of thriving in complex and ambiguous environments
    Exceptional attention to detail paired with outstanding organizational and communication skills
    Proven ability to effectively multitask and maintain a sense of urgency in challenging, high-paced settings
    Strong coordination skills and the ability to ensure accountability among stakeholders as needed
    Proficiency with tools and systems such as Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Asana, Coda, Smartsheets), and content management systems (e.g., Highspot, Seismic )
