Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g. PMP) are preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, especially within content management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in setting up and managing projects in Workfront or similar project management tools
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Content Management Systems related platforms (specifically, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets, Adobe Forms and other Adobe suite of products), processes, architectures, workflows, integrated dependencies, Google Resources, Salesforce Platform, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in content authoring (specifically, Adobe Experience Manager) and understand functional requirements at component level
  • Experience working in an agency setting as a project manager or equivalent experience managing projects for a design or technical team preferred
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly Workfront
  • Strong understanding of digital content production, workflows,and supply chain management
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter, highly organized, efficient, and capable of leading large meetings and driving them towards a common goal
  • Strong project management, problem solving and analytical thinking skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to interface with people from various departments, positions, and knowledge levels

Responsibilities:

  • Content Supply Chain Enablement: Orchestrate the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of projects throughout the content supply chain, from ideation to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration between cross-functional teams. By leveraging a deep understanding of content production workflows and best practices, drive efficiency, quality, and innovation, ultimately delivering compelling content experiences that engage and resonate with the target audience.
  • Task Monitoring and Management: Monitor the activity and statuses of tasks in Workfront, ensuring adherence to timelines. Curate tasks in Workfront starting from project templates, adding or removing line items to tailor activities for the current project.
  • Project Launch Coordination: Identify parties required to support the launch (e.g., IT, Content Factory, UAT, etc.) and obtain estimates to provide a timeline for launch. Ensure completion of Workfront tasks before a content launch.
  • End to End Project Execution: Take responsibility for the end-to-end execution of a Workfront project. Conduct prelaunch activities including confirming PRB approval.
  • Risk and Timeline Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the project timeline. Report the status of the project to key stakeholders regularly.
  • Content Supply Chain Management: Own and maintain the Content Supply Chain Reference Guide. Coordinate with other teams (e.g., non-digital channels) who may have dependencies on the project.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Omnichannel Orchestration brands to stay up to date on potential changes or shifts in the timeline due to business priority or needs. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies and prioritize and manage resources.
  • Drive and manage business requirements gathering, content authoring and publishing, testing and platform promotion for the production of digital content in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Demonstrates foundational solid knowledge of associated technical disciplines and uses high level of technical understanding to interpret technical issues for the business and sustain credibility with IT.
  • Partners closely with leadership across capabilities and disciplines to ensure that appropriate digital strategy and digital capabilities are in place to deliver on the agreed business initiatives and requirements
  • Identifies and addresses technology and process gaps in current capabilities that may impact on the ability to meet the demands of the business units
