Job Description Join our collaborative and inclusive Marketing team as a Content & Proposals Specialist, where you’ll help shape the narrative around private markets and support strategic proposal activity. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong grasp of financial markets. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to produce high-quality content and proposals that resonate with institutional and wholesale audiences. What you’ll be doing: Creating engaging content across formats including blogs, articles, presentations, podcasts and video scripts Translating complex private markets topics into clear, compelling narratives Coordinating and drafting responses to RFPs and DDQs, ensuring timely delivery Maintaining and updating the proposals content library Editing and proofreading content to uphold brand tone and style Monitoring content performance and feeding insights into continuous improvement Keeping up to date with macroeconomic and industry developments Contributing to a kind, collaborative and inclusive team culture Qualifications Who we’re looking for: A relevant BA/BSc degree and 2–4 years’ experience in asset management or financial services Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills across multiple content formats Hands-on experience with RFP/DDQ processes and proposal coordination Foundational understanding of private markets and investment processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational and project management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel Experience with tools like Qvidian, Bloomberg, Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
