Description

POSITION: CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Location: Greater Vancouver Area
We’re looking for a storyteller, strategic thinker, and hands-on content creator to lead our social media presence across platforms. If you know how to craft a brand narrative, build viral content that performs, and bring food and hospitality to life through photo, video, and design—you’ll thrive here.
You’ll be the key voice behind our online presence—from concept to camera to caption.
Note: You’ll need to visit one of our locations at least once per week to capture high-quality content (photos, videos, behind-the-scenes, new product drops, etc.). This is a hands-on, content-first role—not remote-only.

Your Role:

  • Build and manage our content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos and high-quality photos
  • Design branded assets (social posts, campaign visuals, in-store signage, menus, packaging mockups)
  • Write compelling captions and stories that match our tone and grow our community
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategy to increase engagement and reach
  • Capture moments from store launches, food truck events, seasonal menu drops, and behind-the-scenes

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of managing and growing social channels for consumer brands
  • Strong eye for design and aesthetics (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign—not just Canva)
  • Solid experience shooting and editing video for Reels, TikTok, and Stories (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)
  • Food or lifestyle photography experience with editing tools like Lightroom
  • Ability to turn raw footage into polished, on-brand content that gets shared and goes viral
  • Strategic thinking—you don’t just post, you plan

Bonus if You Have:

  • Paid social ads or influencer campaign experience
  • Motion graphics or animation skills
  • Familiarity with the Vancouver food & beverage market
