BNB IN DUBAI is a fast-growing membership-based community helping Airbnb hosts and rental entrepreneurs scale their businesses. Founded by an entrepreneur who grew an Airbnb business to 75 apartments in under two years, the community now helps others achieve similar success through courses, mentorship programs, and automated learning systems.
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to run BNB IN DUBAI’s content engine — ensuring daily output and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Skool — driving measurable growth in reach, engagement, and community activity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years in social media/content management.
  • Proven track record of driving strong engagement on Instagram (must-have).
  • Experience with TikTok and YouTube Shorts growth strategies.
  • Strong executor: can take raw content and make it publish-ready (basic CapCut skills a plus).
  • Self-starter with proven results in content-led growth.
  • Comfortable managing multi-channel communities (Instagram, Skool, WhatsApp).
  • Organised, proactive, and data-driven.
  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, ManyChat, Systeme.io is a plus, not a must.
  • Open to remote (Philippines/elsewhere) or Dubai-based.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute weekly content ideas aligned with brand positioning.
  • Ensure daily output across TikTok, Instagram (priority), and YouTube Shorts.
  • Repurpose content (podcasts, reels, clips) for multiple platforms with platform-specific optimisation.
  • Write engaging captions, CTAs, and hashtags in brand voice.
  • Actively manage engagement on:


    • Instagram (comments, replies, DMs for engagement).

    • Skool (prompts, replies, discussions).
    • WhatsApp community (announcements, nudges).
    • Track and report growth/engagement metrics weekly.
    • Collaborate with Copywriter/Funnel Specialist for cohesive messaging across channels.
    • Coordinate with video editor (Jcut) for polished assets.
    • Stay on top of social trends and propose new hooks/angles.
