PERFORMANCE PROFILE

Your success in this role will be defined by achieving these outcomes in the first 6-12 months:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (Forex/Financial industry preferred).
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and content strategies for a fast-growing brand.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize content accordingly.
  • Proficiency in content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS platforms for website updates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, influencer marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the Forex, financial markets, or trading industry.
  • Prior work in localizing content for Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools to enhance content quality.
