In this role, you will work at the intersection of creative, performance, and conversion optimization while contributing to performance-driven growth. Responsibilities: Create and optimize content for Amazon listings, including A+ Content, brand storefronts, and PDP improvements, or paid social assets Support creative testing initiatives aligned with performance goals Collaborate with paid media teams to ensure content aligns with campaign strategy Assist with landing page and conversion-focused content improvements Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices Requirements:Must-Have: Experience with Amazon content or paid social content Strong written English and clear communication skills Understanding of performance-driven content and conversion principles Availability to work EST time zone hours Client-facing communication experience Nice-to-Have: Experience with both Amazon content and paid social content Experience with landing pages or web-based content tools (e.g., Lovable or similar) Experience working with beauty or skincare brands Familiarity with CRO, creative testing, or performance reporting Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development
