Your opportunity As our Content Specialist – Seniors Communities, you will lead the development and delivery of content that strengthens engagement, builds trust and supports the growth of our Retirement Living and Support at Home services. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and creative partners to ensure content supports long and considered customer journeys — from initial awareness through to enquiry and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shaping strategy and executing at pace. You’ll balance creativity with performance, using insight, experimentation and modern tools to continuously improve how our content connects and converts. With integrity and creativity, you will: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned to campaign priorities and business growth objectives Manage and update website content via our CMS, ensuring accuracy, optimisation and compliance Create compelling, conversion-focused content across website, EDMs and social channels Embed SEO best practice into content planning to strengthen organic visibility Collaborate with creative agencies to brief and produce brand-aligned content, including video Capture low-fi video and photography across village locations to support organic and campaign activity Manage and maintain a forward-thinking content calendar aligned to sales and campaign activity Monitor content performance and use insights to refine, test and improve outcomes Use modern tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to enhance efficiency while maintaining strong editorial quality and judgement What you’ll bring You’re a content-first storyteller with strong editorial judgement who understands that great storytelling and strong performance go hand in hand. You balance creativity with commercial awareness and enjoy working across teams to bring ideas to life. You’re digitally confident and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment — using insight, experimentation and modern tools to improve how content connects and performs. You also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in the way you collaborate and create. You will also need: 3+ years’ experience in editorial, communications, journalism or content-led digital roles Experience managing website content via a CMS Experience creating and delivering EDM campaigns aligned to marketing objectives Experience managing organic social media channels A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to village locations when required Ideally, you will also have: Experience working with creative agencies and multimedia production Confidence capturing low-fi video and photography for digital use Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation Experience analysing content performance and identifying optimisation opportunities Experience in seniors living, property, aged care, real estate or hospitality sectors Why Anglicare?
