We’re looking for a Content Specialist (Writing & Design) to help create long-form, high-impact content that supports brand authority and thought leadership. You’ll own the full process — from research and writing to layout and design — producing materials like ebooks, guides, and white papers that blend clear insight with polished visuals. This role is ideal for someone who moves comfortably between words and design, has a strong eye for layout, and can turn technical or conceptual topics into engaging, accessible content. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Collaborate with a team shaping the future of modern learning and enterprise communication Contribute to content that reaches global audiences in education, learning, and AI innovation What You’ll Work On Long-Form Content Creation Research, outline, and write in-depth ebooks, guides, and white papers on topics like learning, sales enablement, and employee engagement Partner with internal subject-matter experts to shape clear, persuasive narratives Edit and refine content for flow, tone, and consistency with brand messaging Ensure every piece of content aligns with strategic goals and reflects an authoritative voice Design & Layout Design and format written content into professionally styled PDFs and digital assets Work within established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency Create visuals such as charts, infographics, and illustrations that enhance understanding Collaborate with marketing on landing pages and promotional content tied to each release Content Operations Manage timelines and deliverables for recurring content cycles Maintain internal documentation and content libraries Support light copywriting or asset updates for marketing campaigns as needed What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in content creation, marketing writing, or brand design Strong background in long-form writing (ebooks, guides, or research-driven content) Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, or Canva Pro Excellent grasp of storytelling, structure, and tone across different audiences Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment Nice to Have Familiarity with B2B SaaS, learning platforms, or HR tech Experience turning technical or product-focused topics into accessible content Ability to analyze and summarize data or research into visual insights Knowledge of content marketing systems such as HubSpot or Notion How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short Loom video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and describing your writing and design approach A portfolio or writing samples that include long-form content (ebooks, guides, or case studies preferred) Only complete applications with both a portfolio and Loom video will be reviewed.
