We are currently seeking a Content Specialist to join our talented Studio here in Southbank.
Our Content Specialists are responsible for producing and refining high-quality deal copy across all verticals, improving the overall efficiency, accuracy, and output of deal production.

Responsibilities
  • Produce and refine high-quality, on-brand copy, adhering to established style guides and contractual requirements.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimise existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and SEO alignment.
  • Write and/or refine all core elements of deal pages, including fine print, headers, sub-headers, campaign titles, campaign descriptions, highlights, package inclusions, room upgrades, facilities, location details, and more.
  • Meet key KPIs related to speed, accuracy, and output, with a focus on working efficiently while maintaining quality across a high volume of deals.
  • Produce and refine content across all deal types, including experiences, accommodation, tours, and cruises.
  • Liaise with account managers, sales teams, and validation teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across all campaigns.
  • Fact-check all details and ensure compliance with legal and advertising standards, including copyright requirements.
  • Maintain and update content within the CMS throughout the production process.
  • Scope and produce content across other formats (e.g., social, email, blog) as needed.
  • Champion the use of technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in deal production workflows.
