POSITION SUMMARY:

The Content Specialist will be part of our dynamic Marketing Communications team and take ownership of key content initiatives. In this role, you’ll independently write SEO-focused blog articles, manage our internal sales webcasts, and collaborate across departments to produce clear, compelling content that supports both demand generation and internal communications.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or marketing communications preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar, tone, and storytelling awareness
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual design – especially when creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Familiarity with editorial style guides (e.g., AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style)
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and writing for digital audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across departments
  • Willingness to learn tools such as Articulate 360 (training provided)
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush

Responsibilities
  • Content Development & Execution
  • Write and edit SEO-driven blog content across multiple product categories, B2B industries, and commercial applications
  • blog content aligns with keyword strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team
  • Draft and refine web content, product literature, and internal messaging that is clear, professional, and aligned with brand voice
  • Review and edit content from other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and tone
  • Webcast Management & Production
  • Own and manage two internal sales webcasts per month from planning through production
  • Coordinate with sales leaders and internal departments to build the webcast agenda and assign segment responsibilities
  • Collect and review presentation decks and video/voiceover files from contributors
  • Ensure slides are visually polished, consistent, and error-free (e.g., layout, formatting, grammar)
  • Finalize the webcast using Articulate 360 (training provided), ensuring smooth flow and a cohesive experience
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with subject matter experts from product, sales, regulatory, and R&D teams to develop accurate, professional content
  • Communicate timelines and expectations clearly to stakeholders and contributors
  • Help maintain consistency and professionalism across all sales-facing materials
